Welcome to Whidbey Island Bagel Factory (“WIBF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our premises, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all customers, staff, and community members.

1. General Conduct

We expect all patrons to treat our staff, facilities, and fellow customers with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises and refusal of service.

2. Food Safety and Allergens

We take food safety seriously. While we follow rigorous sanitation and allergen control protocols, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies should notify staff before ordering and exercise caution.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • All sales are final unless a product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds or exchanges are offered at the discretion of management and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Online Orders and Pickup

  • Orders placed online or via phone must be picked up during designated hours.

  • Unclaimed orders may be discarded after closing time, and refunds will not be issued for missed pickups.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Whidbey Island Bagel Factory—including logos, recipes, signage, and training materials—are the intellectual property of WIBF and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Employment and Staff Interaction

Our team operates under clearly defined protocols for hygiene, safety, and customer service. Any concerns regarding staff conduct should be directed to management in writing. We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any form.

7. Liability

Whidbey Island Bagel Factory is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred on our premises unless caused by gross negligence. Customers are responsible for supervising children and personal belongings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted in-store and on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
